Full Spectrum Hemp vs. CBD Isolate

  • CBD and other cannabinoids that work synergistically CBD isolate only contains CBD, all other cannabinoids have been removed
  • Study done by the Hadassah medical school in Jerusalem found that a full spectrum CBD oil had increased effectiveness compared to CBD isolate

Endocannabinoid System

  • The body’s endocannabinoid system is located throughout the brain and nervous system
  • It affects appetite, pain response, memory, sleep and stress response and many more

  • CBD can also affect GABA receptors to increase the binding of GABA (an inhibitory neurotransmitter)
  • Medications that may be affected:
    • Carbamazepine
    • Phenobarbital
    • Warfarin
    • Rifampin
